Scheduled Flights

1. All Bookings Must be reconfirmed within 72Hrs prior to your next flight with us. No matter the status of your booking with us We have the right to re-locate the seats or charge 100% fee for a "NO SHOW" should the passenger fail to reconfirm and fly.

2. Check in Times at all our Manned (Airport) Destination 1hr before Schedule Departure time. Un manned Airstrips 30Min before Schedule Departure time. Check in closes 20min before schedule departure time.

3. Flight link does not accept any liability for any direct or consequential costs arising from any delays on carriage due to any reason whatsoever. Flightlink reserves the right to change the departure times or carrier when so required for operational or safety reasons, or weather

4. 15kgs allowed per person as check in baggage. 5kgs allowed as hand luggage including items of personal nature including camera etc. Excess baggage will be charged at USD3per kilo at the descretion of the Pilot and Station Manager.

5. Flightlink does not accept liability of any valuable lost or left behind in the aircraft or in the checked baggage.

6. All Flightlink flights are NON SMOKING and FREE FROM ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

7. If for reason of safety or weather, The aircraft is unable to land at an airstrip of your choice, flightlink has the right to fly passenger's to the nearest alternative airstrip. Flightlink will not be reliable for any consequential cost resulting from this change.

8. Passenger Must Hold a Valid ticket in order to board a flight.

9. Should the arrival and departure time vary from the ticket or our published time tables, then Flightlink will do its best to notify all agents and passengers of the amended times

10. "Flightlink's (the company, its associates and affiliates) liability in terms of any accident resulting in accidental bodily injury  (fatal or otherwise) to passengers whilst entering, on board, or alighting from the aircraft and/or Loss of or damage to the baggage and personal articles of passengers arising out of an accident to the Aircraft, is LIMITED to a MAXIMUM liability provided for in terms of the Warsaw Convention up to the maximum amount prescribed in Article 22(1), 2(a) and (b) and (3) of the aforementioned dated 12th October 1929,  as amended by the Hague Protocol dated 28th September 1955, or the minimum amount prescribed by the law of the country, whichever is the greater. This provision is only in effect provided the claimant is in possession of a valid passenger ticket, issued by Flightlink, and did not directly or indirectly influence any claim being made against Flightlink its associates or affiliates."
