 Itinerary                                         

DAY 1 Giraffe Manor, Nairobi

You will be picked from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to the leafy, forested Karen suburbs of Nairobi. Relax by the swimming pool, or visit the nearby Karen Blixen museum or Giraffe Sanctuary. Gourmet cuisine is the order of the day.

DAY 2 TORTILIS CAMP, Amboseli

You will be picked at 06h30 and transferred to Wilson Airport for the 07h30 scheduled Air Kenya flight to Amboseli. You will be picked from the airstrip and transferred to Tortilis Camp, where you will be greeted by the over powering beauty of Africa’s highest Mountain, Kilimanjaro. Enjoy Italian cuisine, a relaxing lunch and a few quite moments by the swimming pool. Once you are rested, take an early evening game drive enjoying the large herds of Elephants that occupy the Amboseli.

DAY 3 TORTILIS CAMP

Spend the day taking game drives or enjoy bush walks with the Masai Warriors.

DAY 4, 5 & 6 THE MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

You may choose to stay in either of the following stylish, exclusive and executive luxury camps: Cottar’s 1920’s – Saruni Mara Camp –  Elephant Pepper Camp, After an early breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip to meet the 08h15 Air Kenya flight to Wilson Airport. After arriving at Wilson at 09h15 you will connect straight with the Air Kenya flight to the Masai Mara arriving at 11h00. The Masai Mara offers a true wildlife experience, one than is hard to duplicate anywhere else in the world. Each lodge is part of a particular conservation project or concession area. Game drives, bush breakfasts, sundowners and bush walks makes this an unforgettable safari experience. The Mara is famous for its prolific big game, predatory cats and vast antelope herds.

DAY 7 Kiwayu Island, Lamu

After breakfast and an early morning game drive you will be transferred to the airstrip to meet the Air Kenya flight to Wilson Airport, arriving at 12h15. You will connect with the 13h15 Air Kenya flight to Lamu. On arrival in Lamu at 15 hrs, you will be Met by a Kiwayu Safari Village representative and transferred to Kiwayu.

DAY 8 & 9 Kiwayu Safari Village

Kiwayu is situated forty kilometres north of Lamu, off Kenya’s remote North Coast. It nestles amongst sand dunes overlooking a sheltered lagoon and the Indian Ocean. Staying in spacious cottages (crafted by hand from local materials), spread out along one kilometre of private sandy shoreline, guests will experience tranquillity and ultimate privacy. All one can hear is the sound of the sea, the wind rushing through palm leaves and the melodic twitter of exotic birds. Kiwayu is a natural, simple but luxurious retreat. Miles of deserted beaches with soft white sand and the soothing sound of waves will soon awaken the senses and lead you back to nature’s eternal rhythms. DAY 10 DEPARTURE

You will spend the morning either relaxing, walking, soaking up the sun or getting one last water ski, before you head to the airstrip to connect with the 15h45 Air Kenya flight to Nairobi. Our driver will transfer you to your Nairobi Hotel or to the international airport for your journey home.
