Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara Game Reserve

You will be picked from your hotel and transferred to Wilson airport to catch the scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch and after lunch take an afternoon game drive. Accommodation on full board basis at  Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve

At 6.30 take an early morning game drive and return for breakfast or you may opt for a mid morning game drive starting at 10.00 am till midday returning in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure then take an evening till dusk game drive. Masai Mara is also famous for its bird life especially near the Mara River. Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

 

Day 3: Masai Mara game Reserve  - Nairobi

Early morning game drive in the Mara before your return flight to Nairobi, arriving before lunch. You will be picked by our representative and transferred to carnivore restaurant for lunch. Carnivore is a world renowned restaurant serving game meet among other cuisines. There after you will be transferred to your hotel or to the airport to catch your outbound flight.
Note:

On Day 2 or Day 3, you may take the opportunity to fly over the Mara at dawn in a Hot air Balloon provided at an extra cost ($450 per person). The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience.

Cost  Excludes: Park entry fees @ US$ 80 per person per night paid on landing, Extras at the lodges - tips, drinks, telephone, laundry or any other personal expenses, Visa Entry fee in Kenya

There is supplement for many hotels for Christmas and New Year, there for you should ask for separate quote for that period of time.
