Depart
city centre via avenue de la paix where you will have a
view to Kigali’s main banks, former RTLM radio station,
Belgium school, CHK hospital and then proceed to Camp
Kigali Belgium memorial site.
From
camp Kigali, head to Gitega (Meteo Rwanda) and visit
Richard Kant’s museum, drive to Nyamirambo – Biryogo
where to view old Kigali’s slums, Karori Rwanga catholic
church, Khadafy’s mosque and Regional stadium.
Thereafter, descend Nyabugogo road via Kimisagara, visit
Kimisagara market then drive to Gisozi genocide memorial
museum/site.
From
the museum, drive to Gacuriro estate to have a view of
new Kigali via U-texrwa textile factory and then proceed
to Nyarutarama estate, have a view to Amahoro stadium
continue to enjoy the drive to Kimironko and have a
visit to the modern market and then descend to Kimironko
– Bibare via 12Km to Kanombe museum.
From
Kanombe drive to Kacyiru and have a view to Ministries,
descend Kimicanga, pass Kiyovu and visit Caplaki craft
shop, see old city buildings and National bank of Rwanda
and then back to the city centre. Have a cup Rwandan
coffee at Bourbon as well as comment of your tour.
