January
is a fairly dry month for safari with a lot of pasture for wild
animals after the short November - December Rains. Sometimes the
short rains spill into the first half of the month. January is a
high safari season and a good time to take a safari after the
December boom. Parks are usually quieter and there is also abundant
wildlife to see.
Weather:
Rainfall: Scanty or No Rainfall
Temperature: Hot to warm days (Max 27 Degrees Celsius)
Nights may be chilly (less than 20 degrees Celsius)
