Highlights of this tour
This safari takes you to the floor of
the Great Rift Valley to - Lake Nakuru National Park famous
for flamingos; there are approx 400 other species of birds
visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found
in the park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe,
black and white rhino, two nights will be at Masai Mara Game
Reserve, where you will have the best opportunity of
spotting the 'Big Five'; lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and
elephant, then take a flight to Mombasa, the coastal city of
Kenya and proceed to Diani in south coast for a great beach
experience.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara |
You
will depart for Masai Mara passing through the highly
agricultural highlands of the Eastern escarpment of the
Great Rift Valley; you will have a stopover at the view
point. At 2,200 meters above sea level, views of Mount
Longonot hundreds of meters below on the Rift Valley floor
are spectacular. Lake Naivasha - the highest in altitude of
the Rift Valley lakes sparkles at a distance. Descend the
escarpment to Narok, a small town on the valley floor
proceed to Masai Mara to be in time for lunch. After lunch
relax and have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight
stay at Sarova Mara Game
Camp.
Full day in Masai Mara, Kenya's most
popular game sanctuary where you will have the best
opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard,
buffalo, rhino and elephant). Wherever you go in the Mara
you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai
giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes. It is also
common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or
surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and
leopards are harder to spot but are still reasonably common.
An optional visit to a local Masai village. All meals and
overnight stay at Sarova Mara Game Camp. (Full

Day 3: Masai Mara & Nakuru |
After breakfast depart Masai Mara to
arrive at Nakuru in time for lunch which is located in Lake
Nakuru National Park, which has a fantastic array of bird
life. Seasonally up to a million flamingos reside along the
lake shore giving the lake a pink hue. This Park is also a
sanctuary for both the black and the white rhino. Also found
in the park is the rare Rothschild giraffe, Makalia falls
within the park is an additional attraction. After lunch
proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight
stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Meal plan (Full
board).

Day 4: Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha |
Pre breakfast
game drive and after breakfast, proceed to Lake Naivasha
arriving in time for lunch. Take lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa
Lodge. In the afternoon, visit the Hell’s Gate National Park
till late in the afternoon.
Return to the
Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort for dinner and
overnight.
Spend full day
in Lake Naivasha. On this day take a cruise/boat ride to
Crescent Island where you will take a nature walk and get a
chance to take photographs amongst wildlife including Zebra.
Return to the resort for lunch and spend the rest of the
afternoon on leisure.
Dinner and
Overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 6: Diani Beach Mombasa. |
After breakfast, Depart Naivasha for
Nairobi where upon arrival you will be transferred to the
airport to board a flight to Mombasa departing at 1300hrs.
Arrive in Mombasa at 1400hrs. You will
be picked from the airport and transferred to Diani beach.
Lunch, Dinner and Overnight at
Pinewood Village Beach Resort.
Full day at leisure, half board
overnight at Pinewood Village Beach Resort Diani. There are
various Mombasa excursions you can enjoy.
Relax and enjoy Kenya’s beautiful white sandy beaches that
face the Indian Ocean.
Active travelers may take short day tours of the historic
Fort Jesus as well as tours of beautiful Mombasa Old Town
which boasts historic Swahili and Arabic architecture. Or
you can partake in water sports including catamaran rides,
canoe rides, glass bottomed boat snorkeling trips and
windsurfing and deep-sea fishing. Perhaps you just want to

After breakfast you will be
transferred to Moi International Airport for your onward
flight to Nairobi or home.
