Day 1&2: Nairobi - Ol Pajeta Bush Camp (2 Nights Full Board)
07:30 hrs - You will be picked from your Hotel by our representative
and transferred to the Wilson Airport. Flights to
Nanyuki. Take off at
0915hrs and land in Nanyuki Airstrip at 09.50hrs. You will be met at
the airstrip and transferred to
Ol Pajeta Bush Camp.

Day and night game drives Guided bush

Meet Ol Pejeta Researchers and learn about wildlife data and
monitoring, Monitor Elephant, Rhino and other wildlife with resident
rangers and researchers,

Use radio-tracking equipment, e.g. to find
the resident cheetah ‘Toki’ (featured in BBC documentary ‘Toki’s
Tale’)

Track lion with the Ol Pejeta predator-monitoring ranger,
Track Rhino (by special request only, max 2 guests per patrol),

Visit ‘Baraka’ (a blind black rhino), observing him at close range at
the rhino/wildlife treatment centre, Take part in training walks
with the Ol Pejeta tracker bloodhounds,

Learn about the special
techniques of ‘conservation agriculture’ practiced on the ranch,
Learn about Boran and Ankole cattle pastoral care, and pioneering
integration techniques with wildlife,

Watch wildlife from a hide
overlooking a waterhole, or even spend an exciting night there (with
dinner, drinks, bedding, and night-vision monoculars),

Visit a local
primary school or medical clinic supported by Ol Pejeta Conservancy]
Day 3&4: Olpajeta
- Ol Donyo Sabuk. (2 Nights Full Board)
After breakfast, take a 2.5 hrs scenic drive to
Sabuk.
You will be met and transferred to
Sabuk Lodge.
Sabuk
Lodge is a stunning wilderness destination, perched on the high
banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in the Northern Laikipia
District, overlooking a beautiful elephant-adorned bushy
landscape and the rushing rocky waters below. The lodge has 6
beautifully furnished open sided en suite cottages, plus the
exclusive Eagle Cottages (a family unit) which consists of 2
separate bedrooms (both en suite), a large sitting/dining room
and private plunge pool. Both the lodge rooms and the cottage
have their own fabulous views. Sabuk was fashioned out of the
local landscape, built with local materials, twisted wood and
stone boulders incorporated into the architecture. Open fronted
and private veranda’s face out over the river gorge 150 feet
below.
Sabuk Fly
Camp is perfect for clients spending 2 or more days. Walk with a
professional safari guide, a camel train and a team of trained
Laikipia Masai warriors through completely deserted tracts of
wilderness: no other tourists, no roads or vehicles, only
wildlife and tracks, breathtaking scenery, the sounds of the
bush, African adventure.

Day 5 & 6 : Sabuk - Masai Mara
Depart after breakfast and take a flight from Loisaba airstrip to
Masai Mara. You arrive at Masai Mara at 1015 hrs. Here you will be
met and transferred to
Elephant pepper camp.
Elephant
Pepper Camp is situated in the middle of the protected
Mara North Conservancy
wilderness area. Small and exclusive, the camp is located away
from other lodges, in the heart of the African bush. The
spacious canvas tents are comfortably furnished, featuring en
suite bathrooms with eco-friendly flush toilets and traditional
safari showers to give you a personal touch.
Nothing rivals
sitting around the campfire enjoying the sounds of the African
night. Extended game drives make game viewing a complete
experience. Elephant Pepper Camp brings people back to nature –
no traffic, no permanent structures, just the sights and sounds
of the African bush.

Day 7: Masai
Mara - Nairobi
After early morning game drive
or bush activity, return to the camp for breakfast and afterwards
transfer to the airstrip for your flight (1015hrs) back to Nairobi
arriving at 1145hrs where you will be met by our representative and
transferred to carnivore restaurant for a complimentary lunch (the
only restaurant of its kind in Africa serving game meat) before
leaving for Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your flight home (depends on
whether you have other plans).
